Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a seamless experience for all our travelers. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancellations. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Deposit:

  • A Minimum of $1000.00 deposit including $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the contract to secure your booking.

Cancellations Within 89-60 Days Before Departure:

  • Airfare will be refunded as a credit (subject to airline terms and conditions).
  • The remaining balance (excluding the $500 deposit) will be refunded.

3.

Cancellations Within 59 Days or Less Before Departure:

  • All payments are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or
    interruptions.
  • Refunds and credits are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party suppliers (e.g.,
    airlines, hotels).
