How do I book a tour?
To book your trip, please call our office directly at 818-251-8009. One of our agents will be
happy to assist you with tour options, availability, and reservations.
What’s included in each package?
Our packages typically include:

• Meals as indicated in the itinerary (usually daily breakfast and some dinners)
• Transportation between cities and during excursions

Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unforeseen
events such as illness, cancellations, or emergencies. Please contact us if you need guidance on
trusted insurance providers.
2. Before You Travel
Passport & visa requirements by destination
Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your trip departure date. Visa
requirements vary by destination and nationality. Please check with the relevant embassy or
consulate, or contact us for guidance.
Health and fitness requirements
Our tours include daily city tours and moderate walking. We advise speaking with your physician
to confirm that you are physically fit for group travel. Comfortable walking shoes are highly
recommended.
Packing tips (clothing, medication, etc.)
• Pack light and check the latest weather forecast for your destination.
• Dress comfortably and appropriately for cultural and climate conditions.
• Keep essential medications in your carry-on bag, in case of luggage delays or loss.
• Don’t forget travel documents, chargers, and personal hygiene items.

3. During Your Trip
Tour meeting points and contact info
You will receive an itinerary with the meeting time and location for each day’s activities. Our
tour leader will be available on-site and reachable via phone or WhatsApp for any assistance.
Daily itinerary & meals
Your itinerary outlines all planned activities and included meals. Breakfast is generally included
daily; dinners are included as listed.
Group behavior guidelines
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip for everyone:
• Be punctual for group departures
• Respect local customs and fellow travelers
• Follow your tour leader’s instructions during tours and transfers
Emergency assistance & support
In case of emergency during the trip, contact your tour leader immediately. You will also be
provided with a 24/7 support phone number prior to departure.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Shahin Tour cancellation policy
• A $500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any last-minute cancellations
or emergencies.
Airline/cruise-specific refund policies
Refunds for airfare or cruises depend on the policies of the airline or cruise line. Each provider
has its own terms, which may involve cancellation fees or non-refundable conditions.
How to request a refund or trip change

change eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy and the time of request.
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I travel with a walker or cane?
Yes, many of our tours are suitable for seniors or passengers using mobility aids. Please inform
us in advance so we can accommodate you appropriately.
Are your tours good for seniors?
Absolutely. Our itineraries are carefully designed to balance sightseeing with rest time and
include moderate walking only.
What if I miss a flight or connection?
Contact us and the airline as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist with updated travel
arrangements. Travel insurance can help cover costs in such cases.
Can I join a tour late?
In some cases, yes — depending on the destination and trip length. Contact our office ahead of
time to discuss your arrival and options for joining the group.
